YJV & YJV22 Cables: Securing Power Transmission for Diverse Scenarios
With the accelerated development of new infrastructure in China, there are higher requirements for the safety, stability and adaptability of power transmission. As core carriers of power transmission, YJV and YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables have become the first choice for various industries due to their excellent performance.
Both YJV and YJV22 cables adopt cross-linked polyethylene insulation (marked by "YJ"), which features high thermal and electrical performance. Their conductors can work at a long-term allowable temperature of 90℃, with a design service life of over 40 years. Complying with GB/T 12706 national standards and IEC 60502 international standards, they are suitable for fixed laying in 0.6/1KV distribution networks and industrial devices.
The two models differ in structural design to meet different needs. YJV cables (PVC sheathed) have a simple structure and light weight, suitable for indoor, tunnel, cable trench and pipeline scenarios without mechanical external forces, such as building power wiring and factory line renovation.
YJV22 cables add a steel tape armor layer (marked by "22") and PVC outer sheath, featuring strong mechanical protection. They can resist soil pressure, mechanical collision and rodent gnawing, suitable for direct burial, mining areas, highway tunnels and other complex scenarios, simplifying construction and reducing costs.
Covering 1.5mm² to 630mm² sections, YJV and YJV22 cables meet various power transmission needs. In the future, the cable industry will further optimize these products and launch customized types to support infrastructure construction and energy structure upgrading.
