XLPE insulated power cables for rated voltages of 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) is used to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of A.C.50Hz, rated voltage 1kV or below. They are specifically suitable for use in industrial applications, particularly underground installations, where additional mechanical protection is required. These cables can be securely installed on cable trays, within conduits, or fixed to walls.
